1. Prepare Beef: Place beef in the freezer for 20 minutes to firm up. Slice into 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick strips, trimming off excess fat. 2. Make Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together Worcestershire sauce, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, liquid smoke, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne powder, black pepper, sea salt, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, honey, and maple syrup until fully blended. 3. Marinate: Add beef slices to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
