This is a marinate recipe for beef jerky. Enough for 3lbs Eye of Round roast or London Broil.

1 cupDark brown sugar (packed)
3 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1 tablespoonSmoked paprika
1 teaspoonUnseasoned meat tenderizer
1 teaspoonFreshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoonRed pepper flakes
1 teaspoonOnion powder
1/2 teaspoonGarlic powder
1 cupSoy Sauce (or Low Sodium Soy Sauce)

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl then whisk thoroughly. Marinade the meat for at least 12 hours before entering the dehydrator.
